The law has seen a recent change in speeding fines that applies to England and Wales only, we could see a change in Scotland and Northern Ireland in the near future. Offenders can now be charged up to 150% of their weekly income and can see up to a £2,500 fine and the minimum fine of £100 and 3 points on your licence will remain the same.
