When you visit MyCarNeedsA.com enter your car's registration and your postcode and click GO. You will then go through a process where you fill out your cars details, the work you require and your details. Your job is then live and the Service Providers will now begin to bid on your job.
Remember, you pay nothing to register on MyCarNeedsA.com. Once your job is live the Service Providers will then bid for the work and you simply choose the best deal for you. Getting the best deal in the most convenient way is our commitment to you.
The Service Providers will contact you via the messaging system. You will receive an email from us telling you that you have a quote(s) waiting. Simply log in to your account and see which is the best deal for you. Once you have accepted a bid the successful Service Provider will receive your details and get in touch with you.
This unfortunately depends on several factors; the amount of Service Providers in your area, the make and model of your car, the work required, etc. The more accurately you let us know what you require the more likely you will receive a larger number of Service Providers responding. New Service Providers are signing up all the time, so we would expect that the response times for the bids to become faster.
Your job will remain on the site until you have accepted a successful bid, or until you cancel the job request.

Once you've accepted a job and the work has been completed simply log in to your account, find the job leave your feedback. Rate it, leave a short comment and whether you would recommend the garage to others.
